Secord Apartment Explosion Class Action 

The firm is co-counsel in this class action on behalf of tenants whose apartments were damaged, who suffered injuries and were displaced from their homes for months as a result of an explosion at 2 Secord Avenue July 20, 2008. The class is comprised of approximately 300 residents. The action was certified on April 23, 2009. Our firm appeared as counsel on the certification motion.
