Register for Dye & Durham/DoProcess Class Action

By registering, Charney Lawyers will update you on developments in the class action and will notify you if the matter settles. The information collected about potential class members on this system will assist counsel in prosecuting the class action and assessing what damages were suffered by the class as a whole. Prior to January, 2021 did the law firm use the Unity conveyancing software or its predecessor, Conveyancer as its primary platform for sales and/or purchases?*

After the 2021 price increase was announced (where Unity increased the price per transaction from $25 to $129 exclusive of HST) did the firm continue to use Unity as its platform for conveyancing in 2021?*

In 2021, did the firm have a practice of billing the per-transaction fee charged to the firm for Unity as a disbursement to the client?*

January 2022 Onwards

Is the firm aware that in January 2022, Do Process LP/Dye & Durham announced another price increase for Unity?*

If so, when the firm learned about the 2022 price increase, did anyone contact DoProcess to determine why the fixed fee of $129.00 (promised in 2021 for three years) was no longer being offered?

Is the firm continuing to use Unity in 2022, despite the new price increase?*

Does the law firm have plans to transition to another platform?*
